Bạn cần chuẩn bị những nguyên liệu sau cho món ăn giảm cân này:
100g tôm nõn
400g bí đao
5g gừng băm nhỏ
15ml rượu nấu ăn
1 thìa cà phê hạt tiêu trắng
Một chút muối
1 cây hành lá thái nhỏ.



Bước 1
Tôm rửa sạch băm nhỏ cho vào bát, thêm gừng băm vào cùng rượu nấu ăn và muối sau đó trộn đều.



Bước 2
Bí đao gọt vỏ bỏ hạt rồi thái lát. Xếp bí đao vào đĩa sau đó thêm tôm đã ướp gia vị vào giữa.



Bước 3
Cho đĩa tôm bí đao vào nồi hấp khoảng 20 phút là chín. Sau đó lấy đĩa tôm hấp bí đao ra, rắc chút hành lá lên trên là hoàn thành.

Bí đao là loại thực phẩm của mùa đông, bí có vị ngọt thanh mát giúp giảm cân và làm đẹp da. Thay vì luộc bí đao, chúng ta có thể kết hợp chúng với tôm để tạo nên món tôm hấp bí đao ngọt thơm lại đầy đủ dinh dưỡng. Món ăn được chế biến theo cách hấp nên không làm mất chất dinh dưỡng mà vẫn giữ được hương vị ban đầu.
